1. fast - faster than - the fastest (Keskvõrdes lisame lühikestele omadussõnadele järelliite ER ja ülivõrdes EST)
2. big - bigger - the biggest (kaashäälik tuleb kirjutada toppelt)
3. dirty - dirtier - the dirtiest (y => i-ks)
4. boring - more boring - the most boring (-ing lõpuga omadussõnade puhul või kui on 3 silpi)
Erandid:
5. good - better - the best
6. bad - worse - the worst
7. far - further - the furthest
