A 7-Day Holiday Programme

 1) Choose a country and write a title to your holiday programme. Go to Office => Word = > Kuva rohkem malle => 5-päevase reisi plaanur => Loomine

2) Write a short introduction (at least 2 sentences - SB p 89 or WB p 45). Is this holiday for families and children?

3) Day 1 - find information how to get there from Estonia. What else will people do? If you have time you can choose a hotel where to stay. If you include flights, use skyscanner.com. 

4) Day 2 - 6: write at least 2 sentences for each day. What can people do? What can they see? You can add information about food if you want. 

5) Day 7 - find information how to get back to Estonia. 

6) Use Google Maps and find where the places are. Maybe you want to change the order of days. 

7) Write the end  / slogan. 

8) Add a suitable photo / photos. 

9) Use a bigger font for headlines and smaller font for the regualr text. 

10) Your brochure should be 1 A4 page. Make your photos or text smaller if needed.

 1) Take your exercise book / notebook and write a heading FUTURE TENSES, underline with a colourful pen and write today's date 7 May.

2) Draw a table with 2 equal colums. On the left side write "will" and on the right side "am/is/ are + going to"

* uncertain plans (Kasuta lausetes modaalsõna will, kui väljendad ebakindlaid plaane tähenduses "ma arvan, et ma äkki nii teen, aga ma pole kindel.)

* predictions without evidence (ennustused ilma tõestusesta, olukorrad kus keegi ise midagi ennustab niiöelda enda arvamuse või kõhutunde põhjal)

* offers (ettepanekud ja abipakkumised)

* promises ( lubaduste andmine )

* threats ( kellegi ähvardamine, ennustamine  mis siis juhtub kui keegi midagi teeb )

* refusals ( keeldumine )

* certain plans (kasuta lausetes going to, kui räägid kindlatest plaanidest, mille osas on juba ettevalmistus käimas )

* predictions based on evidence (kasuta going to, et väljendada tõestusel ja faktidel põhinevaid ennustusi)

* things about to happen (kasuta going to, kui midagi on kohe juhtumas ja seda on juba osaliselt näha või saab olla kindel, et nii juhtub)


5) Match the example sentences with the rules in your notebook. Write letters next to the rules.

b) Don't worry. I will decorate the school hall. 

c) What are your plans for the weekend? - I don't know. I think I will stay at home. 

d) We have booked the tickets, hotel and hired a car. We are going to Greece! 

e) I'm sorry, but I won't make that speech. 

f) If you don't take an umbrella you will get wet.

g) I think in 2050 people will travel to space more often. 

h) Who can bring a Christmas tree? - I will do it. 

i) I think I will start studying Spanish next year, but I haven't chosen a course yet. 

j) You have got only the best marks in English. Your term grade is going to be "5".
